Dr. Kandalaft is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in diagnostics and hemodynamics. With an MD from the Royal College of Surgeons and residency training at Tufts University, he is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Dr. Kandalaft’s expertise includes chronic disease management, personalized care planning, and comprehensive medical assessments. Fluent in English and Arabic, he effectively serves a diverse patient population, combining advanced medical knowledge with respect and empathy to improve the quality of life for his patients.

Mrs. Jessica Kandalaft, MS

Co-Founder, Operations Director

Jessica studied Health Studies at the University of Rhode Island and earned her Master’s in Healthcare Genetics. As Practice Manager at Baiti Medical, she plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of the practice — from answering patient calls and coordinating care to leading marketing efforts and managing supplies.

As Dr. Kandalaft’s wife, she is an integral part of Baiti Medical’s family-centered foundation and serves as the primary point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming, personal experience.
