Physician Consultations

Our At-Home Care service brings personalized, high-quality medical attention directly to your home or office — designed for your comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, feeling under the weather, or simply prefer care in a more private setting, our physician-led visits are tailored to your needs.

Choose from three appointment options:

Standard Visit (25 minutes)
Ideal for routine concerns, follow-ups, medication management, or acute issues like cold and flu symptoms. A focused evaluation, right at your doorstep.

Comprehensive Visit (45 minutes)
For more complex health concerns or when you want a deeper, multi-system assessment. Perfect for chronic care, second opinions, pre/post operative evaluations, or establishing a personalized care plan.

Telehealth Consultation (15 minutes)

Designed to address a single acute concern or targeted follow-up, including brief history review, visual assessment as appropriate, clinical guidance, and a clear treatment or next-step plan. Ideal for medication adjustments, minor illnesses, lab or imaging review, and care coordination—without the need for in-person evaluation.

Medication Administration

At Baiti Medical, we offer safe and professional Medication Administration services from the comfort of your home. Patients either provide their prescribed medications or utilize our select medications, and our licensed physicians ensure safe administration. This service supports patients who require assistance with injections, complex dosing schedules, or ongoing treatment plans. All medication handling and administration strictly follow CDC guidelines, ensuring safety, efficacy, and peace of mind.

Our select medications currently treat the following ailments:



• Gastroenteritis with or without diarrhea
• Nausea or vomiting
• Hyperemesis gravidarum (severe persistent nausea and vomiting in pregnancy)
• Cerumen impaction (abundance of ear wax)
• Muscle spasm
• Trigger point
• Asthma exacerbation
• COPD exacerbation
• Simple skin and soft tissue infection management 
• Cyst or abscess drainage
• Dehydration
• Orthostatic symptoms
• Migraine management 
• Heat stroke 

Patients may add this service on to the end of their physician consultation (time allowing) or as a separate visit (prior physician consult required).

Wound Care

At Baiti Medical we offer Wound Care services for minor injuries, directly at home, ensuring safe and professional treatment without the need for a clinic visit. Our licensed physicians manage non-emergency wounds such as minor cuts and scrapes, superficial burns, uncomplicated surgical incision sites, and mild pressure ulcers. We follow CDC-recommended protocols for cleaning, dressing, and monitoring to promote optimal healing and reduce the risk of infection. If further care is needed, we facilitate prompt referrals to appropriate specialists.

Patients may add this service on to the end of their physician consultation (time allowing) or as a separate visit (prior physician consult required). Please note that all wound care consultations will require a physical inspection prior to treatment, a telehealth appointment will not suffice.
